By accessing this website, joining the waitlist or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can use ULadder

ULadder is intended for students aged 16 or over in the United Kingdom. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

3. Pre-launch service

ULadder is in development. The waitlist reserves your place and lets us notify you when the iOS and Android apps are available. We do not guarantee specific launch dates, features or availability, and the product may change before release.

4. Your account

Accounts are created and secured through Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not submit content that is abusive, infringing or that impersonates others.

6. Communications

By joining the waitlist you agree to receive launch and service emails from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

7. Intellectual property

The ULadder name, logo, content and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” during this pre-launch period. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ULadder is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend the service at any time. We may close accounts that breach these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
